03 - Pour the dressing over the cooled pasta. Add shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, thawed peas, and sliced green onions. Gently fold everything together until evenly distributed.
04 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to allow flavors to develop and meld. The salad tastes better when thoroughly chilled.
