01 - Whisk together mascarpone, heavy cream, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract in a large bowl until smooth and slightly thickened.
02 - Briefly dip ladyfinger biscuits in milk and arrange them at the bottom of a serving dish or individual cups.
03 - Spread half of the mascarpone cream mixture evenly over the biscuit layer.
04 - Place a second layer of dipped ladyfinger biscuits over the cream.
05 - Cover the second biscuit layer with the remaining cream mixture and smooth the surface.
06 - Sprinkle grated dark chocolate on top and refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours to set.
07 - Optionally decorate with fresh berries before serving.
