# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • The spicy mayo sauce will make you want to put it on everything else you cook
  • You can prep all the vegetables while the salmon bakes so dinner comes together in under thirty minutes
  • These bowls look so vibrant and pretty that nobody will guess how simple they were to make
02 -
  • Overcooking salmon is the biggest mistake most people make so pull it out when it is still slightly translucent in the center
  • The sauce tastes better after it sits for a few minutes so make it first if you have time
03 -
  • Pat the salmon completely dry before seasoning for the best crispy edges
  • Toast your sesame seeds in a dry pan for two minutes to bring out their nutty flavor
