02 - Whisk together the Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a medium bowl until completely smooth and well combined.
03 - Gently fold the diced strawberries, blueberries, and mango into the yogurt mixture, being careful not to crush the fruit.
04 - Drop heaping tablespoons of the fruit-yogurt mixture onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving space between each portion to prevent sticking.
05 - Sprinkle mini dark chocolate chips or chopped nuts over each bite as desired, pressing lightly to adhere.
06 - Transfer the tray to the freezer and chill for at least 2 hours or until the bites are completely solid throughout.
07 - Once fully frozen, remove the bites from the tray and transfer to an airtight container. Keep stored in the freezer until ready to serve.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They taste like tiny scoops of frozen yogurt but take zero effort to make
  • The texture becomes almost creamy like gelato, thanks to the Greek yogurt
  • You can keep a stash in your freezer for when cravings hit at midnight
02 -
  • These melt faster than ice cream so work quickly once they leave the freezer
  • The parchment paper trick is essential unless you want to chip them off with a butter knife like I did the first time
  • Using a cookie scoop instead of a spoon makes them look more uniform and professional
03 -
  • Let the yogurt mixture sit for 5 minutes after mixing to let the vanilla really bloom
  • If your fruit is very juicy, pat it dry with paper towels first so your bites do not become icy
