01 - Place vanilla ice cream, milk, peppermint extract, vanilla extract, and green food coloring into blender container.
02 - Blend on high speed until completely smooth and creamy, approximately 30-60 seconds. Add additional milk in small increments if thinner consistency is preferred.
03 - Taste mixture and adjust peppermint extract or food coloring as needed. Start with 1/2 teaspoon peppermint extract and increase gradually to 3/4 teaspoon for stronger mint flavor.
04 - Pour evenly into two tall glasses. Top with whipped cream, maraschino cherry, and green sprinkles if desired. Serve immediately while cold.
