11 - 1 tbsp olive oil
12 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

# How to Make It:

01 - Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add sliced kielbasa and sauté for 3–4 minutes until browned. Remove from skillet and set aside.
02 - Add all vegetables to the same skillet. Stir-fry for 6–8 minutes until just tender-crisp.
03 - In a small bowl, whisk together honey, minced garlic, soy sauce, black pepper, and paprika until well combined.
04 - Return browned kielbasa to the skillet with vegetables. Pour honey garlic sauce over everything and toss to coat evenly.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • Everything cooks in one skillet, meaning minimal cleanup and maximum flavor
  • The honey garlic glaze hits that perfect sweet and savory spot everyone craves
  • Ready in under 40 minutes but tastes like it simmered all day
02 -
  • Crowding the pan will steam the kielbasa instead of searing it, so work in batches if your skillet is smaller
  • The glaze thickens quickly once it hits the hot pan, so have everything ready before adding it
03 -
  • Prep all your vegetables before starting because once that skillet is hot, everything moves fast
  • Let the pan get properly hot before adding the kielbasa—that sizzle is what creates the beautiful browning
