03 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

→ Meats

05 - 4 oz thinly sliced Genoa salami
06 - 4 oz thinly sliced pepperoni
07 - 4 oz thinly sliced deli ham

→ Cheese

08 - 6 slices provolone cheese

→ Vegetables & Greens

09 - 1 cup baby spinach leaves, washed and dried
10 - 1/2 cup roasted red peppers, sliced thin
11 - 1/4 cup sliced black olives (optional)

→ Wraps

12 - 4 large (10-inch) flour tortillas

# How to Make It:

01 - In a small bowl, combine the cream cheese, mayonnaise, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Mix thoroughly until smooth and well blended.
02 - Place a tortilla flat on a clean work surface. Spread one-quarter of the cream cheese mixture evenly across the entire surface, extending to the edges.
03 - Arrange 1 oz each of salami, pepperoni, and ham over the cream cheese. Top with 1-2 slices of provolone cheese.
04 - Distribute a handful of spinach leaves, strips of roasted red pepper, and black olives (if using) evenly across the meats and cheese.
05 - Starting from one edge, roll the tortilla tightly, keeping the filling compact as you work.
06 - Repeat the process with remaining tortillas and fillings. Wrap each roll tightly in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to firm.
07 - Remove from plastic wrap and slice each roll into 6 pinwheels using a sharp knife. Arrange on a serving platter and serve chilled or at room temperature.

# Expert Tips:

01 -
  • They look like you put in way more effort than you actually did
  • The flavors get even better after chilling in the fridge
  • People literally hover around the platter until they're gone
02 -
  • The chilling step is not optional or they'll unroll when you slice them
  • Use your sharpest knife and saw gently to avoid squishing the layers
  • Room temperature pinwheels are good but cold ones are even better
03 -
  • Bring your cream cheese to room temperature before mixing to avoid lumps
  • If your tortillas are stiff, microwave them for 10 seconds before rolling
