# What You Need:

→ Flatbread Base

01 - 1 large prepared flatbread or pizza crust (approximately 10–12 inches in diameter)

→ Toppings

02 - 6 slices bacon, diced
03 - 6 to 8 fresh figs, quartered
04 - 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
05 - 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
06 - 1/2 cup crumbled goat cheese or feta cheese
07 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
08 - 1 tablespoon fresh thyme leaves
09 - Salt and ground black pepper, to taste

→ Balsamic Glaze

10 - 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
11 - 1 tablespoon honey

# How to Make It:

01 - Preheat the oven to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
02 - In a skillet over medium heat, cook diced bacon until it becomes crisp. Transfer the bacon to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess fat.
03 - Brush the surface of the flatbread with 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Evenly distribute shredded mozzarella cheese, crumbled goat cheese, red onion slices, quartered figs, and cooked bacon over the base. Sprinkle thyme leaves and season with salt and black pepper.
04 - Transfer the assembled flatbread to a baking sheet. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, or until the cheese is fully melted and the crust is golden brown.
05 - While the flatbread is baking, pour balsamic vinegar and honey into a small saucepan. Heat over medium, stirring occasionally, until the liquid reduces by half and forms a thick syrup, roughly 5 to 7 minutes. Remove glaze from heat.
06 - Remove flatbread from oven. Drizzle with prepared balsamic glaze and remaining tablespoon of olive oil. Slice into portions and serve warm.
