01 - Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, garlic, parsley, dill, thyme, salt, and black pepper in a small bowl.
02 - Place salmon fillets in a shallow dish or resealable bag. Pour marinade over salmon, coating evenly. Refrigerate for 15 to 30 minutes.
03 - Preheat grill or grill pan to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
04 - Remove salmon from marinade and allow excess to drip off. Place fillets skin-side down if skin-on. Grill 4 to 5 minutes per side, until just cooked and flaky.
