01 - Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

03 - In a mixing bowl, whisk together olive oil, soy sauce, maple syrup, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, liquid smoke, ground black pepper, and sea salt.
04 - Add the carrot strips to the marinade and gently toss to coat each strip evenly. Allow strips to marinate for 10 to 15 minutes.
05 - Place carrot strips in a single, non-overlapping layer on the prepared baking sheet.
06 - Roast in the oven for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping strips halfway through, until edges are caramelized and crisp. Monitor closely to prevent burning.
07 - Remove from oven and let the carrot strips cool briefly; they will become crispier as they cool. Serve warm or at room temperature.
