- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a 9x13-inch baking dish with cooking spray or butter.
- Combine strawberry cake mix, eggs, oil, and water in a large bowl. Mix until fully blended and smooth. Spread evenly into the prepared baking dish.
- Beat softened cream cheese and butter in a separate bowl until smooth and creamy. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, continuing to beat until fully incorporated and fluffy.
- Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture randomly over the cake batter, spacing them evenly across the surface.
- Run a knife or skewer through the batter and cream cheese mixture in a gentle swirling motion to create a marbled effect. Do not overmix.
- Sprinkle white chocolate chips, chopped strawberries, coconut, and nuts evenly over the top of the swirled batter.
- Bake for 40 to 45 minutes until edges are golden brown and center is set. A toothpick inserted should come out with a few moist crumbs but not wet batter.
- Allow cake to cool in the pan for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve warm or at room temperature.
